A Joint Venture with Shreepati Group, Shreepati Castle is situated at Khetwadi 10th, 11th, Khetwadi Main Road & Khetwadi Back Road. The total land area of the project is 5622 sq. mts. and the Sale Wing is proposed to consist of 48 floors. The sale wing is complete up to 36th floor and all the tenants have been rehabilitated in separate wings. The project is scheduled for completion in 2023.

The entire project consists of 6 buildings/wings out of which 5 buildings/wings are constructed for rehabilitation of tenants i.e. Wing B consisting of ground + 17 floors- 122 tenements; Wing C consisting of ground + 16 floors- 118 tenements; Building No-2 consisting of Ground + 14 floors- 24 tenements; Wing D consisting of Ground + 8 floors- 30 tenements and Wing D1 consisting of Ground + 20 floors- 89 tenements.
