Having started his career with the redevelopment project namely Shreepati Castle jointly with Shreepati Group in 2002, Mr. Pranav Merchant has over 20 years of experience in the field of redevelopment of properties including rehabilitation of tenants. He has been a Sr. Vice President from 2006 till 2014 in Shreepati Group, one of the leading developers and builders in Mumbai. Mr. Pranav Merchant’s family have now formed an A.O.P, to undertake redevelopment projects in the city of Mumbai.

Ongoing Project - C.G. Heights
Tulsi Building was acquired by Merchant Family in 2009. Mistry building (adjoining Tulsi Building) was purchased in October 2018 and the redevelopment of these plots will be carried out under D.C. Regulation 33(7).
Upcoming Project - Celestial Bay
A joint venture redevelopment project in the heart of the city, in Nana Chowk, Celestial Bay, is a project being carried out under DCR 33(7). It will consist of 13 floors of both commercial spaces and luxurious 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea.
