Shreepati Castle

A Joint Venture with Shreepati Group (R R Chaturvedi), Shreepati Castle is a redevelopment project under DCR 33(7). A project which started in the year 2002 with only 3 properties consisting of 325 tenants has over the years expanded to 9 properties and includes rehabilitation of 469 tenants, making it a one of its kind redevelopment project in Girgaum.

The project known as Shreepati Castle is situated at Khetwadi 10th, 11th, Khetwadi Main Road & Khetwadi Back Road. The total land area of the project is 5622 sq.mts and the Sale Wing consists of 40 floors. The sale wing is complete upto 36th floor and approximately 380 tenants have been rehabilitated in separate wings. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2017.
