Tulsi Building was acquired by Merchant Family in 2009. Mistry building (adjoining Tulsi Building) was purchased in October 2018 and the redevelopment of these plots will be carried out under D.C. Regulation 33(7). Two separate towers, one tower for free sale of Ground plus 30 storey’s consisting of 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartment and one tower at Ground plus 22 storey’s will rehabilitate 230 tenants. C.G. Heights is scheduled to commence in August 2021.
